Please note there are two different waivers, the first listed is for Adults, the second is for parents to sign for minors. You must have a signed waiver to play. You will need Adobe Acrobat to open this file.
Rental Agreement: You will need Adobe Acrobat to open this file as well. You only need one rental agreement for private parties.
It will greatly speed up the check in process if both of these forms are filled out before you arrive at the field. You must have a new waiver each day you play.
