Castle Field
|
The Castle is our largest field. It comprises of a small hill with lots of cover, this leads up to a
more open wooded area with lots of bunkers and a few buildings. Our castle is complete (to guard the
village), the guard shack to protect the road in is in place but will it hold if the other team arrives
too soon? There is a second smaller fort to guard the hill, but there is plenty of room to roam on this
10 acre field. Castle Field Pictures

The Knoll Field
|
The Knoll is a large pine woods. It is a short walk from the main staging area and is complete. The Knoll
is a beautifully wooded area with some great natural cover. It is roughly triangular in shape and covers
about 4-5 acres. There are several bunkers in addition to the great natural cover. There is a gentle Knoll
in the center of the field. We can play as many as three teams for games of Capture the Flag.

Hawks Nest
|
|
Hawk's Nest is a smaller pine woods that is bunker heavy on one side and cover heavy on the other. It is
roughly 200' by 100' and is often played as a slightly slower speedball game. The terrain is fairly flat
on Hawk's Nest and it's size is ideal for teams of 2 to 7. Hawk's Nest is adjacent to The Knoll and both
are served by our upper staging area. This allows players to bring the supplies they need and leave them
out of the playing area but in an easily accessible area.
